Solmax group launched their new back office on the 1st of December 2021 with some amazing and user-friendly interface
The new Solmax back office came up with some amazing features like foster withdrawal, a new compensation plan, a new loyalty program, and great bonuses attached to it.
The new Solmax BackOffice also came up with a brand new company Name called Whyi which means opportunity.

Below are the steps on how to log in to the new back office

- Login to your old solmax back office
- Go to the option box, u will see.
(a) dashboard
(b) my profile
(c) my network etc
- Click on my profile (this will direct you to were you have setup your vital information then scroll down and below you will see two boxes. One in blue written edit and the other in green which is new back office
- Select the new backoffice and wait for it redirect you.
- On the process of accessing the backoffice, a question box will pop in on the top of your screen requesting you to provide your transaction password.
- If your transaction password is set successfully, the system will provide you with your email, and a new password on the top of your screen.
- copy the new password provided for your by the company.
- When u are done writing down or coping your email and password, under it You will see an option box that says click here to login to the new back office and you have to click on it, wait for the new back office to pop up or click here to access the new back office
- In the new backoffice u will see a new desktop background eg email and password
- Put in your password and email you copied from the old back office then click on submit .
If all these steps are been done correctly u will be welcome to the Whyi family.
Note: After a successful logged in, go to your profile, click on personal information to change your email first before changing your password.

I wish to state that I am unable to log in to my whyi account. I had successfully logged in to my account about 3 weeks ago using my email address and password generated by the system. I did not, however, to go my profile to change my logging in details. I have tried to log in today- February 19, 2022 by 11.30 PM using my email address and password generated by the system without succeeding. What do I do?
